4. Approval of the annual reporting and results of the credit union “UKRAINIAN LEADING” for 2016.
5. About distribution of the undistributed income which remains at the disposal of KS “UKRAINIAN PROVIDNA” following the results of 2016.
6. Approval of the auditor to conduct an audit of the activities of KS “UKRAINSKA PROVIDNA” for 2017.
7. Approval of the Regulations on the Board of the Credit Union “UKRAINIAN LEADING” in the new edition.
8. Approval of the Regulations on the Credit Committee of the Credit Union “UKRAINIAN LEADING” in the new edition.
9. Acquaintance with the budget of KS “UKRAINSKAYA PROVIDNA” for 2017.

To participate in the general meeting, members of the credit union “UKRAINSKAYA PROVIDNA” must confirm their authority, in case of personal presentation, – by providing a passport or a document that replaces it, in the case of presentation on behalf – by providing a passport or a document that replaces it, as well as the relevant power of attorney.
